Its been reported in this weeks Metro paper in London that Omega 3 supplements are 'Safe'.
A 'link' between Omega 3 capsules and prostrate cancer is 'inconclusive', its been claimed. The Health food Manufacturers Asociation which represents British supplement Manufactures, hit back at a US study into Omega-3 saying "this type of evidence can indicate an association but not demonstrate a cause and effect". The US study linked high levels of Omega3 in the blood wth greater prostrate cancer in men.
